Terms and Conditions
Introduction

We are an independent company and each and every booking is very important to us. Not only do we put a lot of effort, time and energy into organising our holidays, but we are always fair to you and expect you to be fair to us as well. Therefore, please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1. To make a booking for a tennis holiday with Pro-Serve Tennis ltd., clients must complete and submit a booking form, either online or in writing, and pay the required deposit (50% of holiday's cost).
1.2. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. The full payment must be received by Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. at least 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the tennis holiday.
1.3. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received in full by the specified due date.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. by email or phone. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 12 weeks before the tennis holiday: 100% of the payment received is refundable.

12 weeks to 8 weeks before the tennis holiday: 50% of the payment received is refundable.

8 weeks or less before the tennis holiday: No refunds will be given.
2.2. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. reserves the right to cancel a tennis holiday at any time for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the client, and Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. will have no further liability.

3. Changes and Amendments
3.1. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the tennis holiday itinerary, including the schedule, accommodations, and tennis coaching, as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
3.2. In the event of significant changes, clients may have the option to cancel the booking and receive a full refund, or accept the changes and proceed with the tennis holiday.

4. Travel, Passports, and Visas
4.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports and any necessary visas to enter the destination for the tennis holiday. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. is not responsible for clients' failure to meet these requirements.
4.2. It is the client's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the entry requirements for the holiday destination and obtain the required travel documents well in advance of the tennis holiday.

5. Insurance
5.1. It is the responsibility of clients to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of their tennis holiday. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by clients during the tennis holiday.

6. Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1. Clients are expected to behave responsibly and follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. staff during the tennis holiday.
6.2. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from clients' failure to follow safety instructions or engage in irresponsible behaviour.

7. Complaints
7.1. Any complaints regarding the tennis holiday must be made to Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. as soon as possible to allow for resolution during the holiday. Complaints received after the tennis holiday may not be considered.

8. Liability
8.1. Pro-Serve Tennis ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or additional expenses incurred by clients due to events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, transportation delays, and supplier actions.

9. Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to the tennis holiday and these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Accommodation
10.1 The accommodation booked is reserved exclusively for the persons named on the booking form. Subletting or assignment or sharing is not permitted. All damages and breakages will be charged to the client and must be paid before vacating the property.
